The Refrigerators: This 4.000-square-meters frozen storage depot, sitting on the banks of the Seine, in Paris’ 13th arrondissement, has been squatted by countless artists since the 1980’s. After years of trying to expel its tenants, the city has been forced to buy the building and proclaim it’s artistic idiosyncrasy in full contrast to the soulless corporate buildings surrounding Les Frigos nowadays.
